AIM or MISSION: The aim of the Press break operator is to safely produce aluminum boat parts according to factory specifications and work order by using CNC press brake.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:

Produce parts according to work orders using a CNC press brake to make precision bends to aluminum boat parts.

Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams

Ensure proper setup and programming

Check and verify parts meet specifications and quality tolerances

Meet daily/weekly production goals

Communicate issues to supervisor (i.e. equipment issues, maintenance needs, etc.)

Cleans and maintains an orderly work area.

EDUCATION & OTHER KSA's

Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8"

Ability to use protractor to determine degree angle

Ability to lift 50-100lbs, frequently
